A swathe of global corporates are moving towards an ‘office first’ approach, requiring employees to turn up in person more frequently, in a sign that bosses are returning to pre-pandemic working patterns.
A Knight Frank survey of 350 executives in charge of real estate decisions at international firms employing around 10 million people found that 56% have adopted a hybrid work style, allowing employees to choose between a mix of working from home and the office.
