Mishcon de Reya shelves IPO over ‘market conditions’

fnlondon.comLaw firm Mishcon de Reya postponed its planned initial public offering for the “foreseeable future,” blaming unfavorable market conditions.
The firm was working with JPMorgan on the long-planned float, which would have made it the largest listed law firm in London.
However, the firm on 8 June said its plans to list had been shelved for now.
