Credit Suisse vice chair Severin Schwanwon't stand for re-election at the firm's upcoming shareholder meeting, the Swiss bank announced. Schwan, who is also chief executive of pharma company Roche, has been vice chair and lead independent director of Credit Suisse since 2017. Christian Gellerstad will fill his role, subject to his own re-election, as part of the latest shakeup to Credit Suisse's senior ranks after a turbulent year.
