fnlondon.comBankers at Deutsche Bank and Barclays were happiest with their pay packets this year as large investment banks took the axe to bonuses after a slump in deals.
Nearly 60% of bankers working at the German lender, responding to a survey of 3,500 bankers by careers website eFinancialCareers, said they were satisfied with their 2022 pay packets. Meanwhile, 56% of Barclays bankers said that they were happy with what they were paid for 2022.
